The benefits include reduction in costs, improved customer service, stronger brand identity, improved customer loyalty and increases revenue and return business.

  1. Reduced costs come from manpower optimization; reduced paperwork; lower administration costs and easy, no-cost menu updating.
eMenu offers the business owner flexibility and a stronger selling tool than a printed menu - daily and seasonal specials can be added without the cost of reprinting the menu.
  2. Improved customer service thanks to a more detailed, informative and attractive menu; the ability to offer enhanced dish personalization and the increased flexibility and freedom  associated with the ordering process.
  3. Stronger brand identity and customer loyalty as a result of greater branding possibilities via  the screen; A competitive advantage; and a possibility to create customer allegiance via on screen  recognition and VIP club; Offering customers' added value with a unique product and an upgraded entertainment experience.
  4. Increased revenue is generated by the eMenu’s ability to encourage cross sales, up sales and impulse buying (especially during and after the meal or first order); The increased turnaround rate per table, due to the shorter waiting time for orders and payment and customer loyalty programs.
